Water in your Rented Apartment

We responded to a call early Tuesday morning. A Georgia Southern student woke up to water spilling onto the floor. A pipe had broken. The pipe began spewing water all over. Luckily, we were close to begin extraction! We drove as quickly as possible to get to the site. We arrived at the same time as the property manager. The property manager completed the forms as we unloaded equipment. As soon as we approach the unit, we knew we had work that needed to be done. Our IICRC certified crew chief directed his team to begin extraction. Before we left, we placed drying equipment in the affected areas.
